This wall doorstop is constructed of a stamped steel cover, a retainer plate, and a protruding concave rubber bumper. The cover and bumper attach to the retainer plate with a concealed fastener, which fastens the entire assembly to the wall with a single wall anchor through the center of the stop. This item will not repair holes caused by door knobs, but can prevent them when installed correctly.
